So I get a panicked voicemail from a user who can't print. When she tries to print, it's spitting out the correct number of pages, only they're blank. Her project is so urgent that she's grabbed her files and gone to another computer to print, not waiting on a return call-- good idea, btw.
What she didn't try before calling was a reboot. These, of course, are the first words out of my mouth: let's try rebooting. Guess what?
It worked.
